Bolete Mushroom Canvas Print, Cracked Cap Fungi Photography, Woodland Nature Wall Art

A large bolete mushroom stands alone in tall green grass, its broad tan cap covered in a fine web of cracks above a thick, dark, speckled stem.

Printed and shipped from the US for US orders, and normally from Canada for Canadian orders and from Latvia, inside the EU, for European orders, so buyers in Canada and the EU should not pay customs fees.

Photographed at ground level, the mushroom rises like a small tree among the blades of grass, and the crazed pattern on the cap looks almost like old leather or dry earth. The soft green background keeps all the attention on its shape and texture.

About the mushroom: boletes carry a sponge of tiny pores under the cap instead of gills, and they appear in grass and woodland from late summer into autumn, often close to birch, pine and oak.

Printed in landscape format, it brings a touch of the autumn forest to a kitchen, living room or cabin, and makes a charming gift for mushroom hunters and nature lovers.
