Giraffe Canvas Print, Wildlife Photography, Animal Wall Art

A giraffe raises its head above a flowering acacia and looks straight at the camera, its long neck rising against a clear blue sky.

Printed and shipped from the US for US orders, and normally from Canada for Canadian orders and from Latvia, inside the EU, for European orders, so buyers in Canada and the EU should not pay customs fees.

The portrait is printed tall, so the neck runs the full height of the picture, with the patterned coat, tufted horns and big dark eyes at the top. Bright green leaves, small cream blossoms and blue sky fill the rest, and the direct gaze gives it a gentle, curious feel.

About the animal: a giraffe's tongue is around 45 centimetres long and dark at the tip, which protects it from sunburn as it reaches between the long thorns of acacia trees like this one to strip the leaves.

Printed in portrait format, it suits a hallway, living room, nursery or child's room, and makes a cheerful gift for animal lovers and anyone who has been on safari.
