Storm Clouds Over Rocky Coast Canvas Print, Pink Veined Granite, Dramatic Seascape Photography

Heavy storm clouds roll in over the sea while a wave breaks white against a shore of smooth grey granite, laced with veins of salmon pink running across the rock.

Printed and shipped from the US for US orders, and normally from Canada for Canadian orders and from Latvia, inside the EU, for European orders, so buyers in Canada and the EU should not pay customs fees.

Those pink seams cut clean lines through the foreground, the surf pours into the gaps between the slabs, and the sky is stacked with blue and grey cloud right down to the horizon. Cool, moody colours with one warm thread running through them.

About the sky: clouds look dark from below simply because of their thickness. The water and ice inside scatter the sunlight away before it can pass through, so the heavier the cloud, the deeper the grey underneath.

Printed in landscape format, it brings mood and depth to a living room, study, bedroom or office, and makes a fitting gift for anyone who loves the coast in rough weather.
