African Elephant in Full Stride Canvas Print, Green African Savannah Photography, Safari Wall Art

An African elephant strides across green savannah grass, trunk swinging low to the ground, ears relaxed and tail flicking out behind as it walks past.

Printed and shipped from the US for US orders, and normally from Canada for Canadian orders and from Latvia, inside the EU, for European orders, so buyers in Canada and the EU should not pay customs fees.

Seen almost side on, the elephant fills the frame from the tip of its trunk to its heavy, dusty feet, with two pale tusks catching the light. Behind it, bushes and acacia trees dot the gentle green hills under a soft grey sky, a quiet, everyday moment of a giant on the move.

About the animal: elephants actually walk on tiptoe. A thick pad of fatty tissue behind their toes cushions every step, which is why such a huge animal can move almost silently through the bush.

Printed in landscape format and offered in the large 24 x 36 in size, it makes a calm, powerful centrepiece for a living room or office, and a memorable gift for anyone who has been on safari or dreams of going.
