Black and White Snowy Forest Road Canvas Print, Winter Woodland Photography, Minimalist Wall Art

In soft black and white, a snow-covered road disappears between tall spruce trees bowed under heavy snow, with more snow falling through the still air.

Printed and shipped from the US for US orders, and normally from Canada for Canadian orders and from Latvia, inside the EU, for European orders, so buyers in Canada and the EU should not pay customs fees.

Stripped of colour, the scene becomes pure winter: pale tracks in the snow, dark trunks standing between white branches, and the road fading into a soft grey haze further in. It is the quiet of a forest in a snowfall, when everything slows down and sound seems to disappear.

About the scene: falling snow absorbs sound, and a fresh layer on the ground muffles it further, which is why a forest during a snowfall can feel completely silent even when you are standing in the middle of it.

Printed in landscape format, its calm greys and whites suit a bedroom, living room, hallway or Scandinavian-style interior, and it makes a peaceful winter or Christmas gift for anyone who loves the forest.
